Conversa selected among 700 healthcare companies to highlight the unique value of Conversational AI technology
Accenture named Conversa a regional finalist of this year’s HealthTech Innovation Challenge. Conversa will be demonstrating the Conversa Conversation Platform™ which delivers personalized, automated virtual care based on dynamic patient profiling in order to monitor, manage, and engage patient populations at scale.
Accenture’s challenge, now in its third year, seeks to solve some of the world’s most pressing health issues by connecting disruptors, entrepreneurs and startups with some of the biggest health and science companies across the globe. Conversa, one of 30 selected from nearly 700 applicants, meets the Challenge’s criteria which includes solution innovation, solution design quality, disruptive business model, potential impact on patient outcomes, and solution scalability.
“The Accenture HealthTech Innovation Challenge tackles some of the world’s most pressing health challenges using breakthrough digital technology” previously shared in a news release by Anne O’Riordan, senior managing director of Accenture Life Sciences and co-author of Healthcare Disrupted. “The passion, determination and curiosity of the program participants will help established players make the pivotal moves to deliver better patient outcomes and collaboration. Engagement last year was overwhelmingly positive, and the program’s success is a testament to our intent to help our clients and the industry embrace the digital revolution and market shifts that are changing how healthcare will be developed and delivered to people around the world.”
“Conversa is helping healthcare organizations keep their populations healthy, improve their care delivery, and delivering better engagement and outcomes,” said Dr. Phil Marshall, co-founder of Conversa Health. “We are honored to be selected by Accenture to participate in their HealthTech Innovation event, and look forward to showcasing the value of Conversa among many of the top leaders in healthcare.”
As healthcare’s conversation platform, Conversa delivers an easy and meaningful way for care teams and patients to communicate. Conversa’s Conversational AI technology draws from a robust proprietary content library of over 500 “clinically-intelligent” conversations that cover chronic care, pre and post-surgical care, post-acute, patient acquisition, and wellness use cases. Recently, global industry research firm Frost & Sullivan recognized Conversa with healthcare’s top Patient Engagement Technology Leadership Award for “demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development.” More on this industry recognition can be found here.
